I was connected to this company when trying to fix a problem with my printer (the printer company was Brother).
I had difficulty understanding the person due to the poorly-accented English he spoke. The problem was corrected and he then suggested that I could have "lifetime protection" for $2000…well, I bit. This was in Oct. last year, and last week I again had the same printer problem, so I contacted the company. They promised all would be fixed, but needed more money! So I hung up, and I immediately got several calls, none of which .I answered..
I only hope that no other suckers fall for this scam…
