I received a call today at 10:34 on my cell phone from a restricted number being informed that I was a winner of seven and a half million dollars. The male on the line identified himself as Dave Sawyer Prize Director Badge #772849. I was told that my winning information is as followed: Winning Ticket number, Barcode number, Confirmation number and serial number. The male on the phone informed me that the call was being monitored by the BBB. After informing me of the amount of my winnings he stated the amount of taxes for Federal and State that would be deducted, and was told that the taxes would have to be completed within 14 days. I was questioned if I wanted a public presentation with news media or private, I said private at a financial institution he agreed stating that State Attorney Linda Allen a Federal Rep would meet me there so all papers would by handled properly. He continued to congratulate me on my winning plus bonus prize money from Readers Digest. He wanted information about my email address that I refused to give and any addition information about my cell phone type and carrier. When he informed me that I would have to pay a required Federal Gov’t winning service charge I questioned him why, because that is not how taxes and fees are paid. He questioned me if I wanted to forfeit my winnings I said no I wanted legal counsel before I did or said anything else. I requested to see paperwork stating this and he informed me that I would need to go to Office Depot to receive this by email and call him when I arrive. All the time his is talking I can here traffic in the background, proof that he is not at a office.
