Type of a scam Tech Support
As I was setting up my new computer I was contacted by a "Microsoft" representative, and within 15 minutes of me turning my new pc for the first time.
My background screen filled full of error messages, and a block popped up with telephone numbers. I called and gave remote access, to the representative and over the next 5 hours he proceeded to "work" on my pc.
