an automated service instructed me to contact a phone number for a "refund" for Microsoft. I haven’t ordered ANY products from Microsoft. DID call number and spoke to a man named MIKE FLEMMING extention 1230. He said that because of Microsoft not working correctly that they MUST refund me my money. When I informed this man that I had NOT ordered ANYTHING he said "You didn’t?" I also told him I was NOT giving him any personal information, (he also asked for me to log into my computer so that he could assist me in getting my ‘refund’) he said I told him that I was going to do some investigation before giving him access to my computer. I looked on your website and the PC CARE websites are closed and the name of facility he gave me DOESN’T exist!) When I called the number back I spoke to the same man (Indian accent) I asked for the address of his business he said he didn’t know and hung up. He had claimed the amount of my ‘refund’ to be $385.00 I am disabled and have been scammed before by people like this. PLEASE investigate and prevent anyone from falling prey to these [censored].THANKS AND GOD BLESS
