Today I received a check and a 5"x8" note in a FedEx envelope. It said in part in order to proceed to the next process contact the payment department please send a text contactinging Payment Security Dept at 815-314-4924. This is very important for security for developemnt and the check and assuring the receipt has access to the funds.The return address on the envelope is: Cymax Services, 114 W Magnolia St, Ste 444, Bellingham, WA 98225. The check is for $1250.
