Payment required in advance, but item never arrived. Seller became unresponsive after they denied my initial request to cancel my order after 2 weeks with no delivery. Filing a claim with PayPal now for a refund, hoping that works. Buyer beware!! This seller operates under the name Rugey.com, Tayys.com, and Payfly.net.
