Offered tickets to a sold out event. Asked for text message if interested. Provided a link to buy a Google Play gift card in exchange for the ticket. When asked to provide the receipt for the tickets to ensure that they existed, the scammer would not provide information. Provided email in order to receive the Google Play gift card, however, I broke off contact in the transaction as this seemed like a scam.
