This person has a listing for a 1 bedroom furnished apartment in Jackson, WY. I contacted the leasing agent (Paul Hartley) via the Jackson Hole Radio Classifieds page. I signed a lease and was instructed to Zelle $3000 for a deposit and first months rent to a Laura Williams. When I told Paul that I have a $500 Zelle limit I was then instructed to wire to an Ikenna Njoku. I was then contacted almost daily by Paul saying that the transfer did not clear into their account. I was then instructed to send a $500 Zelle to a Taiwo Arijeloye while they wait on the wire transfer.

I saw a cheap 1-bed apartroom property on www.apertmentguide.com and I applied to move in. The owner required me to send him the first date lease fee+another deposit to his BOfA account and I did so. He was OK until yesterday, sending Emails and text messages, but he suddenly disappeared on the move-in date. No reply and no no cotact still.
