Bought a used 2006 Nissian Xterra listed with 90,000 miles, spoke with owner for days. Drove to home, test drive the suv. I bought the car thinking it had been serviced completely. I was told, many parts had been replaced and that it was in great condition. I found documentation stating the suv actually had 256,000. I ran a car fax and found the actual mileage and that he had only owned the car for a month. He said it was his dead mothers car and that he didn’t know how the odometer changed. He refused to give us our money back. The previous owner was no where near his mother and he completely lied about everything. He is a true con artist
