Type of a scam Debt Collections
A Sarah Reed or Patricia Smith (both have the same voice) calls but my phone doesn’t ring, only leaves a voicemail, and says it’s urgent I call her back regarding changes to my Federal Student Loans and repayment. My student loans were completely paid off in 2007. The same recording calls from different numbers with the same message but different reference numbers to use to call them back. I have not called them back so I don’t know if they’re asking for money.
