I was contacted by the email above for a remote Personal Assistant position. I would be running errands and purchasing goods and services for my supposed employer and be paid $200 a week for 10-20 hours of work. The money for purchasing these goods and services was sent to me through checks that I received over mail and email. The checks were quickly deposited, and then the money was quickly spent. As it turns out all of the checks were fraudulent and were returned about a week later. In total I deposited 4 checks totaling approximately $5,000 and ended up losing $3,000 of my own money.
