Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service Scam
This company contacted me to provide an unsolicited service to renew my company’s trademark even though it is not due for renewal for another 7 years! The mailer was faked to make it appear as if it came from the US Trademark office. There was no prominent mention that they were a service provider and not the USPTO itself. And, they compromised my company’s contact information.
Further, they wanted a $870 fee for this renewal while USPTO charges only $300! A big fake operator on multiple levels. Avoid like the Covid-19!
