I ordered pool floats on July 12 from parksondragon.com and was prompted to pay $68.99 by PayPal. On July 16, I received an e-mail through PayPal saying that the shipper had updated my shipping information with a tracking number attached. That tracking number showed that my package had been delivered (delivery time on the tracking number was before I had even received the shipping info), but it had not. I opened a case with UPS and they informed me the tracking number provided to me was for a different address in my village and they had confirmed that the resident at had received an expected package under that tracking number, and that I had likely been scammed. I have opened a case with PayPal that is under investigation. Can you help me too?
