I stumbled upon the website palshibinupuppies.com, and found a puppy on their website, I called and got no answer so I texted them and got a response one day later they then asked me to email me them so they could send me pictures and asked me to explain my living situation whay I was interested in the breed did I have a fenced yard etc. made it seem like it was legit, I was emotional about getting a new puppy after my dog of thirteen years passed away.
I was then sent a contract and transfer of ownership papers and was asked to send money through Zelle, I sent an initial $500.00 to the gentleman listed above but the email address was different [email protected]
I tried to email today asking for the Vets info and a picture of the puppy next to a piece of paper with my name written on it.
I have not heard back from them since i sent money last evening.
