Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
This company faxed us an invoice for items we never purchased. They contacted our clinic and added the name of who they spoke to on the phone to false invoice as who signed for the delivery that was never delivered or even ordered. We have all staff signatures on file to prove.
