Booked a trip with Pacific holidays. Agreed on a price. Sent the money and never heard from them again. My calls were ignored and when I finally got a hold of someone they had no record of who I was. They thanked me for calling and hung up. They blocked my phone #. I called from a different phone and got an answer immediately. Here I am out of a lot of money.
