Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare
This is a "possible" scam. This person identified themselves as being from the PA Department of Health and Human Services and that it was a recorded line. Then, they asked if I could hear them. I said "yes" and the phone conversation immediately was disconnected. I am concerned this person already may have some of my personal information and with a recording of "yes" they can possibly open accounts or buy things (if they already have a credit card number or debit card number in their possession). Just very concerned about this number. Cannot find information on it other than it’s located in New Florence, PA. Must be a cell phone number as the yellow pages does not have information on it.
