I ordered one pair of shoes, when I completed the order, it included two pairs that I had not ordered. I immediately contacted the company, requesting that my order be cancelled so that I can make corrections. They said item was on a promotion sale and couldn’t be cancelled. After a frustrating, back and forth, I went on with the order, mainly because it was obvious I wasn’t getting a refund.
This order was placed on May 9, 2019 and I have not received it yet, today is May 30th. I emailed Oxanne again, and they said to be patient it was a big order and taking time.
I reached out to the ScamPulse.com and found out, Oxanne is based in Hong Kong. I may never get my money or my order.
