We purchased a jacket for $67.96. We received an invoice #12814 and the amounted was deducted from the bank account. We have had several bogus emails with various excuses including lost package, a company strike and even an email that the order was cancelled and refunded (which never happened). The phone number on the site is bogus. I have sent at least three times requesting a valid number. They ignore my request each time.

I ordered a jacket from this company roughly 3 months ago as a gift for a friend.
They advertised that shipping would be free and not take longer than 3 weeks. Due to the problems I’ve had with the postal in my country (South Africa) I was prepared to wait longer as things move slower here.
3 months later and I still do not have my parcel, and I can’t get hold on any one through the support email and has resulted in me Facebook messaging someone from the company. (They also don’t really reply to you. Looks like some bot that spits out generic emails)
Each time I explain that the tracking number doesn’t exist, they tell me I must wait it is coming. On their system it is showing, but when I try with the same tracking number on the site they tell me to use, it shows no tracking number exists.
I’ve now for the last 2 weeks been requesting a refund, to which they are denying it as they say they have already shipped it.
I don’t think as a customer I should be dealt with like this, given open airy answers to where my package is. And then when I request a refund they simply tell me no.
Why don’t they send me items first and then make them wait for several months for their money And see how fair they think it is ?
Absolutely unacceptable that they can get away with it and then deny me a refund
