Product took one month and many emails back and forth with the company, to arrive. Once the product arrived and was opened is was defective. I immediately photographed the product and sent pictures to the company to request a return and refund. They sent a new product instead. Not by my request, I again asked for a refund and an address to return the product. Second product still hasn’t arrived and I am not being told after 15 emails of stating my refund request, that they can’t refund me because the defective product is my fault.

Each time I send pictures and request an address to return the product I get another "support staff" that is different from the previous staff member and have to start the process all over again. They have gotten $40.00 of my money with no intent on refunding me for a faulty product they sent me.

The picture below show that one side is missing the hooks needed to clasp into the bra. Another photo that I have shows the hooks on the other side. These were taken as soon as I opened the package.
