their website outstandingsamoyedpups.com claims to have been in business for 12+ years. The puppy’s are all scams and they have their own fake transport company called transcontinentalpetexpress. They asked for $750 for the puppy which I foolishly paid. Then they asked for $1500 for shipping insurance which I didn’t pay yet.
