Type of a scam Online Purchase

This website, "Outhave," advertised a chair that I wanted for sale at a much lower price that it was usually sold for online. I looked over the ad and it seemed very professional, plus it was being sold with payment through PayPal, and PayPal guarantees sales made through them, so I thought I could take a chance and go ahead. I called the phone # listed on the web site, but it was always busy, no one ever picked up. There were some thing that seemed odd: they required you to pay by PayPal, and after I did make the purchase no receipt was sent to me. I became suspicious and searched the company name, and immediately found numerous complaints about them that were exactly like mine. I tried to cancel the purchase that I had just made and realized that they had set up their account in such a way that you could not cancel purchases, even immediately after the sale. By early the next morning I had received a tracking number, which was bogus: it said that the item had already been delivered to me, one day before I even made the purchase! I looked up the business address and it’s an apartment in Washington state, yet the phone number is in New York. I emailed them and the email was returned as undeliverable. They are a bogus company.
