My place of business keeps getting calls from a woman who claims to represent OSI and wants information to update their maintenance file on our business. She keeps calling and demanding to speak to a service manager or manager. She refuses to stop calling when we explain that our company does not have a file with this business. When I google the business phone number other reports of this behavior show up.
