Type of a scam Online Purchase

Today 5/30/18. I purchased solar lighting equipment online 4/12/19. I have contacted them 6 times over a 45 day period. They responded to my email only once on 4/26/19 stating the following email trail below. I have not received a reply from my emails since their last contact.

We ask to please extend your patience since here in our end your order have been shipped already it was shipped from

our second warehouse from Singapore it may take a bit longer for it to arrive to its destination but you don’t have to worry you will have them anytime soon.
