Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered an item from a Facebook pop up ad, things I usually ignore. There were positive reviews and the company seemed legit. However it’s been 6 weeks. When I contact them and ask for a refund because it’s tsking too long, they deny my request and insist it’s still in transit. Tracking shows Singapore as origin. How can I get my money back?
