Scammer will issue a prepaid shipping label and proceed to email you asking if you received it over and over until you reply or mail your glasses in. I told them to stop contacting me or I would report them and they responded in all caps “WHY DID YOU SET-UP A REPAIR ORDER IF YOU HAD NO INTENTION OF SENDING THEM TO OUR REPAIR FACILITY TO BE REPAIRED??? EXPLAIN THAT TO THE POLICE“. The emails are not signed. I hope someone catches these people.
