My mother 86 yr old received this in the mail. I told her it was a scam and to prove it to her I did an internet search. There was no phone number nor email address. It just stated MAIL REPLY ONLY. It looks offical. It states COMMISION OF JUDGING & PROCESSING DIVISION
AWARD NOTIFICATION PO BOX 2905 KANSAS CITY KS 66110. OFFICIAL FORM OF TENDER NUMBER 13570. YOU HAVE JUST WON
$1,325000.00. Then it ask for 12.99 fee and to RUSH Processing add 3 dollars for total of 15.99 fee. Anyway I just felt someone should look in to this scam because their a lot folks out there that may send their 15.99 or worst.
