I ordered a patio set from the company on July 21, 2019, received a confirmation number and a tracking email. Tracking email reports an error. I have emailed two different contacts multiple times to try to get some answers on my order that were posted with the company with no reply. I understand that this is a large order and it takes time but it’s been over 2 months now.
