TOTAL SCAM!!! I order a birth certificate on the behave of my sister they charge my account 5 times of $47 plus a international processing fee for $1.41 and that was just to receive a application to fill out for my local health dept which is ridiculous I got my fees reversed from my bank and go to our local office for $23. SCAMMERS!
