They give you an inflated ticket price for premium seats (front row seats in my case) then send you tickets for seats several rows back which should have been cheaper ( 8 rows back in my case), yet at the same price.
When you try to get a refund, they tell you "you should have read the disclaimer, or fine print on the screen!" The company is a cheat and a farce, Do not use them. Go straight to the venue!
