I purchased a $5 bracelet at a kiosk at Premier Outlets to support the charity using my debit card in late July 2019. Days later I was charged an additional $35 for what I later learned was a monthly subscription. I contacted the company using the telephone number provided and left a voicemail regarding the issue. My voicemail was returned with a text, including an apology for the error with the added on monthly subscription and a request for the date and refund info. I contacted my bank with issue after I was unsuccessful with further communication with the company. Months later (September 2019), I still have not received a refund. I have not received any response to my messages. Do NOT use your debit/credit card with OneWave Project. They scam you with adding a monthly subscription. I was able to cancel the initial transaction through my bank as well as any subsequent monthly transactions.
