pop up told my father to call 1-844-240-2187 because his computer was infected with a virus. my father, who is not very good with computers, paid them over $300.00 for "services". all they did was remove the virus that they put on the computer in the first place.
Called them to ask about it and every tech/ rep hung up on me or just muted me until I had to hang up myself. they promised to call me 3 times and i have yet to get a call. a tech who called himself "Rick" told me my dad would receive a refund and they would send him a email to confirm it. NO EMAIL WAS SENT.
