Ordered a Dyson vacuum for a price to good to be true, but we took a chance. Used PayPal and money was charged but we got no product. Submitted a PayPal dispute and dispute was closed due to shipper providing a bogus tracking number. Contacted UPS and found that the tracking number did not show my address and it did not even come from OnlyStore.com. It was from some business called Chinese Laundry and the address did not match mine. So, the bottom line is that this website is a scam, taking your hard earned money with the promise of lower prices. Should have researched the address, phone number, and email address for the site first as their customer support email was undeliverable. [email protected] I provided the email also that was on the PayPal invoice.
