6/25/2018 ( We received a call today, caller identified him self as an Oncore Rep asked for a deposit to investigate my electric service account for fraud. Caller stated, service will be shut off in 20 minutes, if we did not give him a payment but that the payment will be reimburse after 24 hours after investigation.) The call was all in a foreign Spanish accent , not Tex_ Mex Spanish.
