While driving out from DVM, an extruder passed a flyer where available services are offered to pass Smog Certification, however the flyer does not completely tells or reveals the purpose or intend of the service.
Th such called "car inspector" tells me to sign my name and tells me to wait for 10 minutes while he starts to do the car inspection, that clearly tells in my dashboard that the cars needs repairs… then he comes back and tells the same thing we saw in the dashboard. Then he saids that my car did not pass inspection and that i will have to repay for the same test again, now i will need to pay 30 dollars more on top of the 40 I had already paid… and also I will need to pay 10 dollars extra to get a such called "certificate" …. He lies to his clients and does not have an adequate office… as he calls me, he had to go thru all the cars he is fixing by the way not very safe to go inside his car repair shop. Also, in his flyer does not properly describe the complete prices for the services he is promoting.
