Type of a scam Travel/Vacations
I received an email from Olympia. The email stated they wanted to broker a purchase of part of my time share and they had a person ready to buy. The email they sent was a letter of intent they wanted me to sign and said they were offering me $39,000.00 for ten weeks of this time share.
Upon some additional research and investigation I found other time share owners who have received similar letters and stating this was a scam. Luckily, I took no action and don’t intend to. But I wanted to get the word out that this scam is out there and people, especially senior citizens should be aware of this potential scam.
