We were contacted by Thomas George from Midwest General Equity Partners LLC stating that they wanted to purchase our 2 week membership in Cabo San Lucas. Looks like legitimate paperwork and sites when googled. He then referred us to Richard Cohen from Old Stone Escrow and using all legitimate banks, IE J P Morgan, US Bank, Banco De Mercantile, ask you to send monies for transfer fees and show a copy of an escrow account with purchase money and reimbursement money escrowed into a US Bank account. Then they ask for Mexican Taxes of 22 percent be cent at which time all escrowed money will be paid back to you. Our resort knows nothing of this nor does anyone associated with either of our resorts. This is a huge scam. Run the other way.
