Letter from Old Mutual Financial Incorporated advising winning $250,000 in a "lottery". Phone numbers are 877-209-7182 and 760-650-9853. Names in the letter are "Rita Adams" and "David Hull". Enclosed was "check" for $3,650 to assist me to pay a $3,300 "processing fee" when paid would activate the winnings check. Did not call the numbers and did not deposit the check.
