One of the Ohio Restoration Group {ORG} inspectors came to my house to do a free inspection for hail damage from June 2015. My insurance inspector came out a week later and wrote a check for $5,736.71, which I signed over to ORG and gave it to Mark Grinstead, salesman for ORG. Mark told me the work would be done in about 2-3 weeks and that was June 14, 2016; a month later I was told it would be done in two weeks.

About a month ago (about Sept 28, 2016) Ace Wilson, the owner assured me my roof would be repaired before bad weather as I told him the roof is leaking over my bedroom and his employee told me when he was putting a tarp on the roof that there is also a soft spot which is over my bedroom.

I have called and text Ace several times with no reply; today 10-22-16 I emailed him stating that I was officially requesting my money back in order to get someone else to do the work and got a response that the email and his phone had been hacked. I don’t believe this at all.

I am filing a report with the Atty Generals Office (there have been about 8 complaints filed so far) and the local police dept (there are about 20 filed so far).

If anyone is looking for a contractor to do any kind of work I would suggest not using Ohio Restoration Group or any company that Ancil "Ace" Wilson is associated with.

They took a large deposit and never did the job. Many Police reports are filed against them.
