I saw a promotion on Instagram from official mink lashes. Placed an order on May 26 2019. Received an email saying that my order will ship in 2 to 3 days . I notice a week went by I sent an email regarding the status and someone said that they were backed up but my order will be shipping out soon.
I follow up a couple of times email and I am messaging on Instagram but no one respond I checked the tracking number and today is still shows I label was created but no movement today is July 18, 2019 and still no movement no replies to my emails nor instant message on Instagram .
I have requested my order to be cancel and refund my credit card yet still no answer no refund
I feel like I’ve been a scammed robbed unfortunate there’s no way to contact this person the owner named Vanessa Martin only thing I know is located somewhere in the Philippines
And is miss leading as they are posting pictures on their Instagram as though everything is perfectly functioning in reality behind the scenes is not .
And what’s crazy about this I placed an order the first time and I noticed that they were taking a long time so I canceled the order and they did refund my money .
I should have just stuck with my first line not to order from this company the second time
