Type of a scam Online Purchase

For Christmas on Dec. 2nd I ordered two sweaters from officeholiday.shop – a site found on an Instagram page featuring the comedy show, the office. I went to the website and it seemed legit. It had people posing in their office apparel and had a somewhat decent selection of clothing. Luckily, I just used a Visa card to pay for my order, not my credit card. For shipping it said it $5 for 2 days and $37 for 1 day. I thought that was kind of ridiculous, but I didn’t realize jacked up prices for shipping was a sign of online fraud at the time. After several days I received a notice my package was delayed. No biggie. As long as it came. Then after almost two weeks, I didn’t receive my package. I went to the website and realized there was only an email address I could reach them at. The tab that said ‘contact us’ could Not be clicked on. I then tracked my order through the app ‘arrival.’ It said it was delivered but it was to a random address. I was extremely confused because it said it was delivered but it was at some random law firm in my city. I began doing serious research on this site and I have not been able to find any reviews or other information about it. I feel stupid, but I definitely got scammed.
