My name is *** ***, & the voicemail was about my mother(*** ***) suppose to have taken out a loan from Bank of Amer. & they were pressing charges to call them. Caller name Cheryl from Wayne County District Court
office of deborah lewis, court filing number 636505. When I spoke with the people denied the action, they said they had my mother with 2other ladies they gave (me 2 names)on camera at the bank, I ask them why wasn’t anything sent to us, concerning this matter.I went to 36th court they had no case #. I called Bank of America corporate office, they had no case. When I called the people back to find out where was the information they got rude & said I don’t have time for this & hook up on me. I have no paper or anything in writing from them, I still have the voice mail & what I noted down when I spoke with them. My concern these people have bits & pieces about my mother the lady mention my mother use to have a Bank of Amer. account, & her last digits.
