Type of a scam Employment
Ocean SL contacted me regarding employment. I was placed in a 4 week training program and at the end of each week, I was sent a test to take regarding the weeks materials. I was to be paid $2400 to $5200(dependant upon test scores) at the end of the 4 weeks. I received a phone call from the headquarters human resource department in Zurich for a telephone interview during week 2. I was then given a final exam and was told that I would receive results in 5-8 days and to move on to Stage 2 of training in New York. Needless to say, I have not received a check which they stated was in the amount of $5200 and mailed April 24th. Since submitting my final exam, I have been unable to establish contact with the company in their New York office or at HQ in Zurich.
Very bizarre.
