OCEAN SHIPPING LINE JOB OFFER FOR PROJECT MANAGER IS A COMPLETE FRAUD AND SCAM…DON’T FALL FOR IT!!!! I was contacted thru Indeed.com thanking me for my interest in Ocean Shipping Lines as Project Manager. I was guaranteed a paycheck of between $2,400.00 and $5,200.00 if I completed and pass 4 weeks of training and weekly tests. I would then be moved to Stage 2 of the training with one week in New York plus be hired by the company with a salary of $84,000.00 per year plus bonuses, 401K, Medical Insurance, etc. I was never able to reach anyone by phone at the New York office, I only spoke to my project leader someone who called himself Brandon Hills. In the 3rd week, I was asked to participate in a part time project with the Procurement department where I would process a PO order of purchasing Iphones and laptop computers. I was given authorization and the ABA Routing number and Account Number to their Chase Bank account where I would transfer the PO amount to MY CREDIT CARD AND USE MY CREDIT CARD TO SHIP THE ORDER TO AN ADDRESS IN SWITZERLAND. I said I would not use my credit card, but I would use A CORPORATE CREDIT CARD IN THE NAME OF OCEAN SHIPPING LINES and process the order. They declined. I completed the 4 weeks of training and weekly tests as well as the FINAL TEST. I was emailed on April 17th and April 24th INDICATING THAT MY PAYCHECK OF$5,200.00 WAS MAILED TO ME FROM THE HQ IN SWITZERLAND AND THAT I WOULD RECEIVE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE GUARANTEED CHECK AS PER MY ATTACHED CONTRACTORS AGREEMENT…THEIR WEBSITE HAS SHUT DOWN AND THE NEW YORK PHONE NUMBER HAS BEEN DISCONNECTED. IT IS A SCAM!!!!
