Type of a scam Online Purchase
I have had nothing done to me that actually makes me sure this is a scam site. I didn’t buy anything, just looked around for a bit before deciding this site is extremely sketchy. Many scam site warning articles said some things that ocappey.com was guilty of, but also some that it wasn’t (helping its case as a valid shopping site). Like I said, this is purely suspicion, and nothing bad has happened as I haven’t bought anything, though I was pretty close.
– The prices are ridiculously low.
– The names and pictures of the listings are the same as some on eBay.
– There’s no contact number or email.
– Some individual listings themselves say "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item (including handmade items). See the seller’s listing for full details." which is straight from eBay. Also, there’s no further information or "seller’s listing" at all. It seems to be one big store, not a network of stores like eBay is.
