A company called claiming they were filing a lawsuit for a debt that I never incurred for a payday loan from Cashnet, a company I have never even heard of. They had the last 4 of my social and a very old email account. The person I spoke to told me they are scheduling me for court in a few months to dispute the facts but gave no information about what court or when. The person got rude when I told him I knew nothing of the debt.
