I was contacted for a job opening and taken trough an odd interview via Google hangouts.
Eventually I was "Awarded" the job and told that I would have to buy some software in order to get started ($150) that will be installed in my home.
After exposing the person he insulted me and treatened my life.

I was offered a job interview from a listing on Upwork. They also have the job ad posted on the pngage. A Ms. Erica Henning conducts a Google Hangouts IM interview, which proceeds like a job interview. Then a position is offered and she asks for name and cell and a Mr. Daniel Moore, supposedly head of accounting, calls (he has a very strong Indian accent) and asks to set up another Google Hangouts chat. They say you need specific equipment, including a new Macbook, that the company will pay for with a transfer of funds and then he asks for credit card into. Obviously, I didn’t give that to them, but they did waste over an hour of my day with this fraudulent charade. Beware Oasis Globals Limited; it is a scam.
