I bought 2 beauty products that were advertised (w/o his permission) by Dr. Oz.
I was offered a 14 day free trial with my paying via credit card the S& H. Two days after I received the products( which were terrible, gave me a rash) I e-mailed the companies & called them, saying to charge no more & send no more product.
They went ahead & made 6 charges to my VISA. They reversed 4 charges. I am now left with almost $200 of disputed charges with 2 charges.
The company reps say they are in CA, but I believe they are in Goa, India, as that name appears on some of the charges. They keep changing their name until the credit card accepts their charge. Our VISA representative said they have seen this company (or name-changing collection of companies that represent face the same cream) scam others.
