This company NTS has been taking $399.99 from my account for a software program on my computer. I have requested that this be removed from my computer. They wanted to gain access to my computer through using GotoAssist.com as well as AnyDesk.com program to utilize functions on my computer. Now the program is still on my computer and they keep renewing the plan that i have repeatedly tried to cancel.
