Trying to take money for no reason I don’t put any funds on that card and I’m glad that I didn’t.

I thought I was getting access to movies. When I immediately (after signing on) found out it’s only books,, I cancelled the membership and was told I would not be charged.
Then a charge for $39.99 shows up. I called em up and they wanted me to show them an email they sent to prove I had cancelled.(how does that work?)
Anyway, since they didn’t send me no email so I can prove they stole my money, they reduced the charge to 19.99.
So it’s like, they know they got my $20 for nothing cause they know I ain’t going to the trouble to cancel my card for $20.

I found out 40 dollars was taken out of my checking account.. I never heard of this site or ever used it..maybe my bank will cover it with their insurance.. this is horrible..

They took $39.99 out of my account yesterday. Spoke to someone named Dale and he said this was an online book company. Promised a refund. I was never on the website and I am left wondering how they got my information

I have been charged 39.99 on my credit card bill for several months before I noticed it. They claim to be an on line book service. I never heard of them, nor have I ever used them. I am not sure they actually exist. In Feburary the money was taken out under the name Mediazenn.com.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Debit of $39.99 showed up on sons account. He made no such purchase. Website says it’s a plays to purchase digital books. My son isn’t able to read.
